Our refund and return policy varies depending on whether you purchased a digital product directly from our website or a physical product from our listings on Amazon. Please read the following sections carefully.
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads & Memberships)
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products (such as PDF coloring books, digital downloads, and memberships), all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once a purchase is complete.
When you purchase a digital product, it is made available to you immediately for download. Because these items cannot be physically returned, we are unable to process refunds.
Exceptions: We are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refunds only in the following specific situations:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us with both order numbers, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Corrupted or Inaccessible File: If a file you download is corrupted or you are unable to access it, please contact our support team immediately. We will first work with you to resolve the technical issue. If we cannot provide you with a working file, a refund may be issued.
To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Physical Books (Purchased via Amazon)
All physical coloring books from Coloring Books Club are sold and shipped through Amazon. Therefore, all returns, exchanges, and refund requests for physical books are governed by Amazon’s return and refund policy.
